A few weeks before was unbelievable. Though I was warned of British weather, there was a terrible downpour which spoiled our Cambridge tour.
The main problem is British people don’t seem to understand the need for a coat in June for foreigners. Our guide continued explaining as if it was a sunny day and as if he was in a trance.
Moreover I saw some crazy Harry Potters who took part in a graduation ceremony in that icy downpour. Please tell me what are you high? Take a picture? No thank you.
Even going for a hot latte was uncomfortable because the pub was equipped with an air conditioner which we got the totally awesome cold.
I really really agree with you. I often go to Starbucks but I can't enjoy a coffee. Because they use an airconditioner too too too much. I always feel I am going to be frozen! Our body temperatures are very different.
