There is the rainy season, which lasts for about a month, in Japan. It usually sets in at the beginning of June, and accordingly it has already set in. It rains almost every day and the sky is overcast even when it doesn’t rain. The temperature is high, and to make matters worse, the air is really humid. Your skin will get sticky and your hair will get frizzy. Fortunately transport in Japan is air-conditioned perfectly. It will refresh you when you go out.
This season makes me gloomy every year. I feel I don’t want to go anywhere. Scorching summer is waiting for me even after it passed. It’s a nightmare!
when that season in Korea comes, I always stay at home. That's the only way i can avoid suffering from that terrible humid!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteMe neither. I don't want go out during this season. It's really uncomfortable for me.
ReplyDeleteThe high temperature and humid air is terrible, but transport services fully air-conditioned is a good deal.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I experienced scorching summer every year. It's a night mare!
Oh yes I totally agree with you guys! The humidity is a problem also in Italy especially in the big cities located in the north of my country. Sometimes we have 39°C with 90% of humidity... It’s very difficult to do everything; fortunately we have air conditioning!
ReplyDeleteHumid weather is a nightmare for those of us with long hair! Mine goes really frizzy and I hate having shiny, sticky skin! I used to go to Japan a lot on business, and it was difficult to look smart, so I would often take two shirts to work so I could change at lunchtime and still look (and feel) fresh.
