We’ve been talking about the weather this week, so now I’d
like you to put up a short posting, either telling us what the weather is like
at this time of year in your country, or telling us about the weather in London
recently.

The weather in London has been even better then I imagined when I arrived ten days ago.
ReplyDeleteThe expectations were of some rainy days and cold temperature for people who live in a tropical country but there were only drizzling on Sunday and Monday and the temperature was slightly cold.
Last weekend I was told, because I was out, that it was a little cold an raining, but on Sunday it was already warm and the funny thing is that you keep putting on and taking your coat, because in the tube it becomes hotter, and when you live there is a breeze.
I was very surprised because even when it was colder, in the first days, the houses didn’t get so cold
like in Sao Paulo, where it continues to be cold when the temperature has increased, for some 3 days and make you feel bored.
Now I am really pleased with this nice weather in UK because it allows you to go everywhere.
I feel summer has come back to London again. I sometimes needed a coat when I go out, so you are lucky,Silvana. You came to London in good time!
ReplyDeleteIt's a good idea to wear layers, so you take off your jumper or coat when you go on the tube, which is always uncomfortably hot in the summer. I wish the underground had airconditioning!
